    Up for sale is a Thule Helium Aero 3 Bike Rack As Is. This unit is appears to be incomplete and missing some aspects to it. When I put this into hitch , the mechanism you turn to prevent anti sway and tighten the fit is not functional, appears that the locking mechanism is missing. Also is missing the unit to lock the bikes. Missing one bike strap on one of the padded holders. This may or may not be functional as it is but definite repair potential or you if you needed replacement parts off of it. You will only receive what is seen in photos. No other parts or accessories are included. Please look closely at photos as this is the actual item you will receive.
