    I am the original owner.  Used the rack about a dozen times.  It is solid and stable, a strong great bike rack.
    I just don't need it any longer.
    The back half of the rack doesn't have to be attached.  So, this rack can be used as a 4 bike or a 2 bike rack.
    It comes with locking security cable, extra cotter pin, 3 keys for lock, assembly tool, and a hitch pin. (see photo)
    I have to take some of it apart for shipping purposes, but the re-assembly is not complicated.  I will mark it for re-assembly.
